Service

Xcite will service what they sell! They provide full technical and clinical support for the laser devices that they sell along with full warranty service and extended warranty support programs. Most products can be shipped directly to thei offices for service, but in urgent case they can dispatch technical service to your clinic for "on-site" support with minimal downtime.

Loaner Systems *

Loaner laser systems can be provided upon request or as part of an extended warranty contract in order to minimized down time in the event of an emergency.

Short Term and Long Term Rental Systems *( available in Canada only ) Call us to find out about our rental programs. They have a wide variety of systems that are ready to go, fully operational, and able to be delivered to your clinic for your trained and certified technicians to use.

Trade-In Program

Your old defective laser still holds value if you want to trade it in or simply sell it. You can call us to discuss options and value or simply fill in the request info stating make, model age and condition and we will send you an offer to buy it.

All lasers are fully reconditioned with new HP and fully tested and a guarantee quality of all lasers.

Also, the basic warranty program for used systems is as follows:

a) 3 month “Lemon Clause”, unconditional return for full refund if encountering technical problems with device or

b) 6 month Full Parts and Labour. System warranted to perform per original manufactures specifications for the period of 6 months from date of purchase. In the event of failure the system will be serviced at our Kitchener Service Depot in a expedient manner so as to minimize customer downtime. Parts and repairs will be provided as required in order to bring system to normal operation condition.
