Laser Spa Etiquette

Reservation Policy:

Reservations for your laser home party should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be available. You may give us a call at 905-393-SKIN (7546) or by e-mailing info@laserspagroup.com.

Payment Policy and Fees:

• Bookings will only be accepted through a credit card hold.
• In order to secure your appointment, there is a $200 minimum call-out charge for home part laser services.
• A destination fee may apply outside of the Halton area and will vary based on distance required for travel.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit and Cash.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations for group events or an entire laser parties must be made 72 hours in advance in order to avoid a 70%-100% cancellation charge.
• Changes to any packages must also be made 24 hours prior.

Gratuities:

• All packages will have a gratuity added.

Age Requirement:

• Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
• Clients under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.

The Home Laser Process:

• We would like to give a formal consultation and seminar to everyone present at the beginning of the party, to save time in doing individual consultations. We will give some information hand-outs that you may take home with you as well as price lists, business cards, referral cards, and pre/post care sheets.
• We will have everyone fill out necessary forms and paperwork prior to treatments, and an individual private screening will be done with each person that may have any questions/concerns and be given a consent form to sign.
• All treatments are performed on a portable massage table.
• Our laser technician will arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to set up.
• We take great care in ensuring your privacy. All treatments are performed with you dressed to your comfort level.
• We will be equipped with all necessities to perform your treatments, including towels, sheets, portable table, razors, ultrasound gel, disinfectants, gloves, etc.

Reasons to Refuse Treatment:

• Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
• Broken skin or lesions.
• Laser treatments cannot be performed on anyone who is pregnant, uncontrolled diabetic, tattoo in the exact are of treatment, previous gold injections, vitiligo, lupus, scleroderma, very recent sun exposure, accutane, unrealistic expectations.

Hours of Operation:

• Our technicians are available seven days a week from 8:00 a.m - 9:00 p.m.
• An additional fee will apply on any appointments between 10:00 p.m - 7:00 a.m.
• We are closed on major holidays.
